Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers / travel agents (data provided)
• Explain travel services such as *flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas*
• Generate leads and follow up until closure
• Share offers, deals, and promotional packages via WhatsApp/email
• Maintain daily calling reports and lead status in CRM/Excel
• Understand customer requirements and provide the right itinerary / quotation
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Handle objections politely and build customer trust
• Coordinate with booking team for confirmations and payment follow-up
