Job Description – Call Center Executive (Sexual Wellness Awareness)

We are seeking empathetic, confident, and professional telecallers to educate and guide individuals regarding sexual wellness and related product solutions. Your primary role will be to build awareness, address concerns sensitively, and suggest suitable products to customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote sexual wellness awareness

Handle conversations with discretion, empathy, and maturity

Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate wellness solutions

Maintain daily call reports and customer engagement logs

Meet daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets

Maintain confidentiality of all customer information

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi & basic English
• Our company basically do the same work as ADMONS.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics professionally
• Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
• Basic knowledge of sexual wellness (training will be provided)
• Compassionate, confident, and respectful approach to conversation

Tele Sales Executive (Fat Loss Products)

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented telesales executives to promote and sell fat loss and wellness products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health, confident in communication, and result-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated via social media and marketing campaigns
• Educate customers on fat loss products, benefits, and usage
• Address customer doubts and convert leads into sales
• Update CRM with customer interaction details
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested customers regularly

Requirements:

• Good spoken skills in Hindi/Punjabi/English
• Persuasive and friendly communication style
• Prior experience in wellness product sales or telecalling is a plus
• Basic understanding of nutrition and fat loss preferred (training provided)
• Positive attitude and high energy
