Service Engineer (for Lithium Battery)

Position: Service Engineer – Lithium Battery (E-Rickshaw Manufacturing Company)

From the company’s perspective, the Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of lithium battery systems used in e-rickshaws.

The key responsibilities include:

Installation & commissioning of lithium batteries in e-rickshaws

Diagnosing and troubleshooting battery, BMS, charger, and wiring issues

Handling field service complaints, breakdown support, and on-site repairs

Battery health checks, fault analysis, and performance optimization

Managing warranty claims, service reports, and technical documentation

Coordinating with dealers, service centers, and customers for after-sales support

Providing technical training and guidance to dealers and mechanics

Ensuring safety standards and company quality norms are followed

Sharing field feedback with the production and R&D teams for improvement

The role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and smooth after-sales operations, especially for lithium battery–based EV products.

Eligibility:

Experienced only in lithium battery related / EV
