Job Description

  • Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
  • Conduct professional interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) with strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Use job portals, social media, networking, and referrals for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Ensure timely closure of all open positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
  • HR Operations & Employee ManagementManage onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure smooth joining.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and update HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Implement HR policies, ensure compliance, and support daily operations.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Performance Management & TrainingSupport performance appraisal processes by coordinating with team leaders.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize internal/external training programs.
  • Employee EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Managerial ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to HR strategy, planning, and continuous process improvement.
  • Communication & Computer SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and candidates.
  • Ability to conduct clear, professional interviews and communicate decisions effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email communication, and basic HR software/tools.
