QC Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of test data, calibration, and laboratory documentation.
• Conduct method validation and stability testing when required.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Monitor & maintain lab instruments; ensure calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist in handling deviations, OOS, and CAPA activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms such as ISO, GMP, and GLP standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment following EHS guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QC experience, preferably in Agrochemical or Agriculture industry.
• Practical knowledge of analytical procedures and equipment.
• Strong understanding of chemical testing protocols, documentation, and compliance.
• Good understanding of regulatory and safety practices.
