Recruitment Specialist (Female)

• Key Responsibilities: Job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinating interview schedules with management
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports
• Managing documentation and assisting in onboarding
• Providing guidance to candidates regarding company policies or processes
• Communicating professionally with clients and applicants
• Ensuring smooth recruitment operations from start to end

Required Skills:Excellent communication (Hindi/English)

• Strong interpersonal & coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Pleasant personality & professional attitude
