• Repair punctures and minor damages using approved techniques.
• Ensure correct inflation pressures and load ratings.

Customer Service

• Advise customers on tyre selection based on vehicle type, usage, and budget.
• Provide guidance on tyre care, safety, and maintenance schedules.

Technical Support

• Operate tyre service equipment (balancers, changers, alignment machines).
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Assist in inventory management of tyres and related accessories.
