2        Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing warm, efficient, and personalised service, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality.

3        Key Responsibilities

• Create high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering “Yes I Can” genuine hospitality.
• Greet guests courteously, escort them to their seats, and ensure prompt service.
• Carry out mise-en-place and ensure restaurant readiness before service.
• Present menus, recommend beverages and daily specials, and upsell menu items.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and in-room dining services.
• Provide table service and in-room dining service as per standards.
• Handle guest concerns by listening actively, responding empathetically, and resolving issues effectively.
• Support team members to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Promote hotel facilities and other services to guests.
• Adhere strictly to hotel policies, SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and attendance standards.
• Perform duties efficiently and responsibly to achieve departmental objectives.
