Credit Analyst

● Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Review and validate KYC documents, including identification, address proof, and

income verification.

● Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information in our systems.

● Review and validate loan documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes,

and security agreements.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

● Handle TVR calls from customers, providing/gathering timely and accurate

responses to their queries.

● Verify customer information and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place.

● Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
