Job Description

  • Review and understand project architecture, structure, MEP, and landscape requirements. 
  • Study and monitor the project schedule to ensure timely execution. 
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and standards. 
  • Apply knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals (RCC, masonry, utilities, roads, finishing works). 
  • Conduct material inspections, measurements, and quality checks to ensure compliance. 
  • Oversee site execution including earthwork, foundation, structural, and services-related activities. 
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliances. 
  • Manage site inventory and coordinate with local vendors/contractors for timely sourcing. 
  • Identify potential risks, delays, and challenges, and report proactively to management. 
  • Prepare BOQs, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports, and MIS reports. 
  • Plan and ensure availability of labour, material, and machinery at the site.
