Insurance Agent/Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor / Agent who can help customers choose the right insurance plans according to their needs and provide proper guidance about policies.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for insurance policies.

Explain different insurance products and benefits to clients.

Help customers select the best insurance plan based on their requirements.

Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

Assist clients with policy documentation and application process.

Achieve sales targets and generate new leads.

Provide after-sales support and help in policy renewals.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of insurance products (training can be provided).

Ability to build customer relationships.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

10-12th pass / graduate preferred.
