Job Description
Work Responsibilities - were to:
• Provide technical support for network and software related customer service in response to incoming service requests.
.Respond to calls and email requests for technical, desktop server support by working troubles tickets as directed.
• Assisting customers with more difficult technical issues requiring a greater level of personalised care and in greater length.
• Escalating support desk tickets to Level 2 & 3 in the most crucial circumstances and after considerable time had been spent on a single ticket.
- Work will be on shift based . Night shift is applicable for male candidates.
