Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred).
4–8 years of experience in IMS/QMS in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
Good documentation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Effective communication and training abilities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Maintenance

Ensure effective implementation of IMS (QMS/EMS/OHSMS) across departments.
Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits.
Maintain documentation and records as per ISO standards and corporate guidelines.
Drive continual improvement initiatives through CAPA, RCA, and process audits.

Compliance & Risk Management

Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance related to environment, health, and safety.
Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
Liaise with external agencies for certifications, audits, and inspections.

Training & Awareness

Conduct training sessions on IMS awareness, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental consciousness.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and analyze system performance metrics (NCRs, audit findings, etc.).
Prepare monthly reports for management review and corporate reporting.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, and EHS teams to ensure system adherence.
Support vendor audits and customer visits related to system compliance.
