Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Control, preferably in battery or automotive manufacturing.
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of IQC processes and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Multimeter, and chemical testing kits.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.

Computer Skills: MS Office, SAP/ERP systems.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Material Inspection:

Perform visual and dimensional checks on incoming materials and components.
Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Testing & Analysis:

Conduct chemical, physical, and electrical tests as per defined procedures.
Operate and maintain testing instruments and equipment.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare inspection reports and maintain records in SAP/ERP systems.
Highlight non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.

Supplier Coordination:

Communicate quality issues to suppliers and follow up for resolution.
Assist in supplier audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality policies.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the IQC lab.
