• Manage end-to-end vehicle exchange process (old car evaluation to new car delivery).
• Lead and supervise exchange team for daily operations and targets.
• Evaluate used vehicles accurately based on market value and condition.
• Coordinate with sales team to support exchange-driven sales closures.
• Ensure proper documentation and RC transfer process.
• Maintain relationships with used car buyers, dealers, and vendors.
• Monitor stock of exchanged vehicles and ensure quick liquidation.
• Achieve monthly exchange and profitability targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth, transparent experience.
• Prepare daily reports on exchange deals, inventory, and performance.
