We are seeking a plant supervisior to join our Bio Composatble carry bags, straw and liner manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities :

• Plant operations, production target and planning.
• Implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Prepare daily production and quality reports.
• Resolve Production challenges.
• Production schedules and Planning.
• Promote positive working conditions.
• Manpower planning and shift planning.
• Raw materail handelling.
• Coordination and good communication with Head office.
