JOB TITLE : Distributor Sales Representative

REPORTS TO : Distributor and TM

A. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Be the Distributor and Interface with the Customer/End Users for daily communication/ follow up and presentations and other operational matters and also to ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer queries/schedules, commercial terms etc and its execution.

B. PROFILE OF THE JOB HOLDER

➢

Diploma in Engineering or BE mechanical / electrical or Bsc.

➢

Knowledge about Commercial terms like enquiry generation, offer submission, opportunity generation etc.

C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

➢

Generating business for Distributors

➢

Generating inquiries

➢

Product presentations and demonstrations (existing and new products) if required.

➢

Making customer visits as per visit plan

➢

Participation in Trade Fairs and Exhibitions

➢

Adding New Customers

➢

Maintaining relations with End Users and Customers

➢

Preparing offers and payment follow up
