Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Gujarat region with a strong background in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Ankleshwar, Gujarat, and should have proven experience in lead generation, client handling, and preparation of techno-commercial offers. The role requires strong technical understanding along with sales expertise to drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales activities across the Gujarat region

• Generate new leads through market visits, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients

• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements

• Coordinate with design and estimation team for accurate costing and technical inputs

• Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and order finalization

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and industrial customers

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the PEB sector

• Provide regular sales reports to management
