🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the pump industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing distributor networks while ensuring achievement of business targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans (region-wise) and submit reports to management

Drive and monitor promotional campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness

Expand and strengthen the distribution network across assigned regions

Build and implement strategies for distributor management and growth

Develop customer engagement plans to enhance business relationships

Conduct market research and track competitor activities

Train and mentor team members for future leadership roles

Maintain strong market relationships and client retention

Ensure regular reporting and use of technology for tracking performance

🔹 Industry Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidates must have experience in Pump / Pipe Industry, preferably from companies like:

Waree, Lubi, Kirloskar, Duke Plasto, Sabar Pump, Unnati Pump, Siemens, ABB Motor, etc.

🔹 Language Requirement

Fluent in Local Language, Hindi, and English

🔹 Additional Requirements

Tech-savvy with good reporting and email etiquette

Passion for market research and business growth
