CCTV SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER

Location :- Parsa (Chattisgargh) Surguja

Minimum experience: between 2 to 5 years

Qualification: BE/BTech, BCA, MCA/M.SC IT, CCNA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Shall be taking care of Network uptime with all the endpoints of all the client sites with coordination of onsite engineers.
• Will have to Manage IP video surveillance and its components on site.
• Will have to take care of the enterprise grade video Management software - Genetec.
• Will have to take care of configuration Network switches and storage and its complete configuration.
• Attend the Project site for Software configuration of all the solutions provided to the client along with training sessions in professional manner.
• Daily reporting of concurrent issues must be executed in proper manner.
• Must be aware about configuration and maintenance of IP CCTV, Access control solutions.
• Shall be taking care of configuration of systems as per the standards.
• Shall be taking care of site surveys and preparing termination sheets.
• Shall be taking care of managing project as and when required
• Shall be taking care of sign off from the client.
• Must know how to manage and maintain CCTV (IP Camera) Solution
• Must have worked upon server grade recording system with network storage or server storage.
• Co-ordination for compliance documentation.
• Must perform switching, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting as and when for the client.

Skills Required:

• Must be aware about switching
• Must have experience in Video Management Software
• Must be aware about IP CCTV solutions
• Must be aware about configuration and maintenance of IP CCTV, Access control solutions.
• Must have knowledge of server for CCTV software
• Understanding CCTV System, Access Control and Security Systems
• Must be aware of access control/electronic access control/biometric system
• Should have managed IT assets, Network Infrastructure.
• Should have understanding of VMS, RAID Configuration, Manageable Switches Configuration, LAN/WAN/RF based network connectivity.
• Should have work on Video Surveillance solutions, Access control system, Fire Alarm System, PA system and other security automation system.
• Should have worked in Wired/Wireless Home Automation Security Solutions.
• Should have managed IT assets, Network Infrastructure.
