Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing business relationships. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting company products/services, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential B2B clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in B2B segment).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
