Job Summary

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for inspecting premises, identifying pest problems, and performing pest control treatments using approved chemicals and equipment. The technician must ensure safe, effective, and professional pest management services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pest Inspection

• Visit customer locations (homes, offices, commercial sites).
• Inspect premises to identify pest infestations such as termites, cockroaches, rodents, ants, bedbugs, etc.
• Identify entry points, nesting areas, and infestation levels.

2. Pest Treatment Execution

• Perform pest control treatments using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Apply treatments such as:
• Anti-termite treatment
• General pest control
• Rodent control
• Bedbug treatment
• Cockroach treatment

• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures during treatment.

3. Equipment Handling

• Properly use pest control equipment such as:
• Sprayers
• Drill machines
• Chemical applicators
• Safety equipment
• 
  
• Maintain tools and ensure proper cleaning after use.

4. Customer Communication

• Explain treatment procedures to customers.
• Provide guidance on preventive measures after treatment.
• Address customer questions politely and professionally.

5. Documentation

• Fill service reports after each job.
• Record treatment details, chemicals used, and service completion.
• Update service records as required by the company.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety guidelines when handling chemicals.
• Wear required safety gear (gloves, masks, protective clothing).
• Ensure environmental and health safety standards are maintained.
