Supervisor/Incharge

Kaamdhenu Agrotrade Private Limited is looking for a responsible and field-oriented Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge to manage day-to-day plantation and civil works at project sites. The role requires hands-on supervision, labour management, quality control, and coordination between office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plantation & Forestry Works

Supervise plantation activities (pit digging, planting, mulching, watering, fencing, survival monitoring).

Ensure correct spacing, species selection, and plantation methods as per project guidelines.

Maintain plantation records (date, species, quantity, survival %).

Coordinate with field workers, nursery teams, and local labour.

Monitor plant health and report issues (pests, water stress, mortality).

2. Civil & Site Development Works

Supervise small to medium civil works (boundary walls, fencing, pathways, decks, sheds, drainage, basic structures).

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, instructions, and safety norms.

Monitor material usage (cement, sand, steel, pipes, etc.) and prevent wastage.

Coordinate with masons, fabricators, welders, and contractors on site.

3. Labour & Vendor Management

Manage daily labour attendance, work allocation, and productivity.

Ensure discipline, safety, and timely completion of tasks.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material delivery at site.

4. Quality, Safety & Reporting

Ensure quality standards in plantation and civil works.

Maintain basic site safety practices.

Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports with photos.

Report delays, issues, or requirements to the management on time.

5. Coordination & Communication

Act as the single point of contact at the site.

Communicate instructions clearly to workers.

Coordinate between management, engineers, and field staff.
