1. Key Responsibilities✔ Provide basic outpatient consultation to walk-in patients

✔ Diagnose common illnesses and provide appropriate treatment

✔ Prescribe medicines for basic conditions (fever, cold, cough, pain, infections, etc.)

✔ Conduct simple clinical examinations (BP, vitals, physical check)

✔ Handle minor procedures (if needed):

– Wound cleaning & dressing

– Nebulization

– Injection advice (administered by nurse)

✔ Record patient details clearly in register/OP card

✔ Identify emergency cases and refer immediately to higher centers

✔ Educate patients on health, hygiene & medication usage

✔ Maintain patient confidentiality and follow medical ethics

✔ Coordinate with clinic nurse, pharmacy & lab when required

✔ Ensure biomedical waste disposal guidelines are followed
