Field Sales Executive

Company: Freecharge - Subsidiary of Axis Bank

Freecharges by Axis Bank, a leading Fintech organization providing micro and group loans, is looking for candidates for the role of Loan Officer – Field Work (male candidates preferred due to extensive field work). The candidate will handle group loans, helping Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and micro-entrepreneur groups with loan applications, verification, and repayment follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify clients in need of micro/group loans.
• Promote MFI loan products and services within assigned areas.
• Educate clients about loan terms, repayment schedules, and responsibilities.
• Follow up with clients to collect loan repayments on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and micro-entrepreneur groups.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Must be comfortable with field work and travel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Own bike/scooter & smartphone preferred
• Freshers are welcome!

Salary: ₹2,28,000 per annum (CTC)
