Job Title: Tender Executive / E-Procurement Executive

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of Government e-procurement portals (GeM, IOCL, NBPDCL/SBPDCL, BSRDCL, Railways, etc.) for new tenders.

Preparing and uploading bids, BOQs, technical and commercial documents as per tender requirements.

Coordination with departments for EMD, BG, and other tender formalities.

Maintaining tender status tracker, submission schedule, and post-bid follow-up.

Downloading NITs, preparing summary sheets, and ensuring 100% document compliance before bid submission.

Handle GeM portal operations, including bid participation, catalog creation, and order management.

Liaison with clients and internal teams for corrigendum, clarification, and pre-bid documentation.

Maintain a proper record of submitted tenders, bid security, and contract copies.

🎓 Qualification & Skills:

Graduate / MBA preferred (any stream).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tendering / e-procurement (mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing) and GeM / CPPP / IOCL / SBPDCL portals.

Good understanding of technical, financial, and commercial bid preparation.

Strong coordination & follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and documentation ability.
