Key Responsibilities – Assistant Manager Operations.
• Assist in dispatch & logistics operations.
• Support Manager/GM in meeting targets & quality standards.
• Coordinate with departments (accounts, HR, inventory etc.)
• Supervise supervisors/executives & ensure smooth site functioning.
• Monitor manpower, material & machinery utilization.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports & share with management.
