Job Description

🔹 Job Summary:BQI Electric is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager from the Automobile / Electric Vehicle industry to lead overall business operations, sales growth, dealer network expansion, and organizational development.


The candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and proven experience in managing large teams and dealer networks.


  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Lead Sales, Marketing, Operations & Dealer Development teams
  • Expand and strengthen all-India dealer network
  • Monitor sales targets, profitability & revenue growth
  • Design dealer schemes, pricing strategies & incentive structures
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HO and regional teams
  • Improve operational efficiency & cost control
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Oversee product launches & market positioning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Operations preferred)
  • 8–15+ years of experience in Automobile / EV industry
  • Strong dealer network handling experience
  • Proven track record in sales growth & team leadership
  • Excellent strategic planning & decision-making ability
  • Strong negotiation & business expansion skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive targets
  • 🔹 Preferred Background:Experience in Electric Two-Wheeler / Automobile Manufacturing
  • Experience managing multi-state sales teams
  • Strong understanding of channel sales model
