• Organize induction, training, and skill development programs
• Develop leadership and career growth plans
• Track training effectiveness

5. Payroll & Compensation

• Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Design compensation, incentives, and benefits structures
• Ensure timely salary and compliance filings

7. HR Policies & Administration

• Formulate and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
• Manage HR budgets and administrative activities
