Job Description
Key Responsibilities of an HR Manager: -
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Maintain strong employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Lead performance appraisal and talent management activities.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Plan and coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Support organizational culture, engagement, and employee well-being.
- Provide HR insights to management for strategic decision-making
