Service Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to manage and lead after-sales service operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality, resolving technical issues, supporting dealer networks, handling warranty claims, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee complete service operations including repairs, maintenance, and warranty services.
• Lead and supervise service technicians and service advisors.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through efficient service support.
• Handle warranty claims, service reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and service partners for technical support.
• Visit dealer points and service centers whenever required to inspect service quality, resolve technical issues, and support dealer teams.
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper inventory management of spare parts and service tools.
• Conduct technical training sessions for dealers and service teams.
• Analyze service data and prepare service reports and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company service policies and standards.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of automobile / electric vehicle service operations
• Experience in EV components such as battery, motor, controller, and electrical systems
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication and dealer handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple service points or dealer networks
• QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Electric Vehicle industry will be preferred
• Ability to handle dealer service networks



Willingness to travel and visit dealer locations when required
