Job Description:The Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our service center. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Financial Management:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct regular financial audits.

2.Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets.
  • Provide financial forecasting and risk analysis.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory financial reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.

4.Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial data for trends and insights.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow.

5. Operational Support:

  • Provide financial insights to support operations.
  • Collaborate with departments for cohesive strategies.

6.Customer and Vendor Relations:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable/payable.

7.System and Process Improvement:

  • Implement and maintain accounting systems.
  • Recommend process improvements.

8.Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training.
