Job Description

As a Back Office Executive, your work may include:

๐Ÿ“Š Data Entry & Record Keeping

Maintain donor records, student data, and program details

๐Ÿ“ง Email & Communication Support

Reply to emails, coordinate with team members, manage internal communication

๐Ÿ“ Documentation Work

Prepare reports, maintain files, update spreadsheets

๐Ÿ’ป System Management

Work on Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools

๐Ÿ“ž Coordination Support

Help HR or project team with scheduling, follow-ups, and updates

๐Ÿงพ Basic Accounts Support (sometimes)

Manage bills, receipts, and simple financial records

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

Good communication (English + Hindi/Bengali helpful)
