Job Description
Position Purpose: Manage the full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating and onboarding candidates/sourcing candidates/gig workers like food and grocery delivery boys and 2-wheeler riders from various channels like Job Portals (Hiring portals will be Provided). Excellent Telephonic Conversation Skills,
Basic Computer/ Laptop Handling Skills,
At least 6 Months Recruitment/ Tele calling/ Call Center experience.
Salary is as per target achievement, no fixed pay
