Job Description
Position Purpose: Manage the full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating and onboarding candidates/sourcing/high-potential candidates/ gig workers like food and grocery delivery boys and 2-wheeler riders from various Job Portals (Hiring portals will be Provided).
Excellent Telephonic Conversation Skills,
Basic Computer/ Laptop Handling Skills,
At least 6 Months Tele calling/ Call Center experience mandatory.
Freshers are not eligible.
Must be from Asansol city.
Shift timings, Monday to Saturday 10.15 AM to 7 PM
