Job Description

Job Summary

The Back Office Executive – Property Documentation is responsible for handling land records, property deeds, registration documents, and related administrative work. The role supports legal, sales, and registration teams by ensuring accurate documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with government offices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and organize property and land deed documents
  • Handle sale deeds, agreement to sell, lease deeds, gift deeds, and POA
  • Maintain physical and digital records of property documents
  • Assist in title verification and property due diligence
  • Coordinate with sub-registrar and government offices
  • Follow up on property registrations and document status
  • Support stamp duty and registration fee calculations
  • Obtain encumbrance certificates, certified copies, and land records
  • Enter and update property data in internal systems
  • Generate reports on documentation and registration status
  • Coordinate with legal, sales, and external advocates
  • Ensure compliance with property laws and documentation requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of legal and client information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Law/Commerce preferred)
  • Experience in property documentation or real estate back office
  • Knowledge of land records and registration procedures
  • Familiarity with local property laws
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
