Receptionist / Front Office Executive

BQI Electric is looking for a well-presented, professional, and organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and handle office coordination. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage visitors and calls efficiently.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors, dealers & clients professionally
• Handle incoming calls and transfer them to concerned departments
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
• Manage inward & outward couriers and documents
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
• Maintain front office cleanliness and professional environment
• Support HR & Admin tasks when required
• Handle basic data entry and record maintenance
• 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate (Any Stream)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Pleasant personality with professional behavior
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• 🔹 Eligibility Criteria:Prior experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
