·        Visit farmer fields on a timely basis & monitor production activities.

·        Assist farmer in production techniques. (Sowing, Maintaining, Chemical Spraying etc.)

·        Report daily findings to supervisor.

·        Ensure proper packing/tagging of all seed to be sent for processing.

·        Ensure adherance of SOP/ Quality checks.

·        Understanding the best practices for cultivation of crops
