Role Overview

The Sircle Wellness and Eco Living is seeking a sophisticated, high-energy Senior Marketing Executive to drive outreach for our exclusive luxury property development in Sirumalai.

We are specifically looking for a professional from a Pharmaceutical/Medical Representative background. Your primary mission will be to leverage your existing network and rapport-building skills within the medical fraternity to introduce our wellness-centric lifestyle projects to doctors and high-profile healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• HNI Networking: Identify and connect with Doctors and high-net-worth healthcare professionals in the Dindigul, Madurai, and Trichy belts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, moving beyond "sales" to become a trusted advisor for luxury wellness investments.
• Field Presentations: Travel across the region to conduct one-on-one presentations, site visits, and community meetings.
• Strategic Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion metrics. Fluency in digital reporting and CRM updates is essential.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the "Sircle" brand with a polished, professional demeanor that reflects the luxury nature of the project.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience. A background as a Senior Medical Representative or Area Manager is highly preferred.
• Network: An established contact list or deep understanding of the medical community in South Tamil Nadu.
• Professionalism: Must possess a senior, professional look and a sophisticated communication style.
• Mobility: Must be highly mobile and willing to travel extensively across the region.
• Skills: Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be tech-savvy regarding daily reporting.
• Gender: No bar; we value competence and professional drive.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
• Allowances: Separate Travel & Expense (T&E) reimbursement.
• Incentives: Performance-linked bonuses (industry-leading commissions for high-ticket closures).
