Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in electronics manufacturing sales, specifically CCTV, display solutions, and related security products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing channel networks, and managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CCTV, displays, and electronics products.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, distributors, system integrators, corporates, and government sectors.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Channel Sales Management:
- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and reseller network.
- Conduct channel partner meetings, sales promotions, and product presentations.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility through channel partners.
Team Management:
- Lead, monitor, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to improve performance.
- Review team reports, sales calls, and field activities.
- Client Engagement & Field ActivitiesRegular field visits for client meetings, product demos, and site surveys.
- Handle customer requirements, product queries, and technical coordination.
- Work with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.
- Business Operations & CoordinationCoordinate with production, logistics, and service teams for order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasting, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain CRM data and follow up on leads and opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing / security systems sales.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, display products, surveillance systems, and hardware electronics market.
- Proven experience in channel sales and dealer management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure performance delivery.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in CCTV & Display industry is highly preferred.
