Business Development Manager (BDM)

BDM: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s digital marketing services.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Pitch services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, branding, and ads etc. which our company offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain client data and prepare regular sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations.
• Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines across digital and print platforms.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns.
• Create logos, branding materials, brochures, and posters.
• Develop visuals for websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs.
• Revise designs based on client or internal feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools.
• Required Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layouts.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of social media design standards.
