CCTV Technician

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CCTV Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on field experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate must be flexible to travel across India for project execution and support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
• Camera mounting, alignment, focusing, and system optimization.
• NVR/DVR setup, networking, and remote viewing configuration.
• Fault diagnosis and rectification of CCTV hardware and network issues.
• Laying, termination, and testing of network cables and OFC (Optical Fiber Cable).
• Basic server handling, rack mounting, OS setup support, and system integration (advantage).
• Preventive maintenance and breakdown support at customer sites.
• Preparation of site reports, as-built drawings, and service documentation.
• Coordination with project managers and clients during installations.
• Compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, networking basics (LAN/WAN).
• Hands-on experience with cable termination, testing tools, and field troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel anywhere in India (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently at sites.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Added AdvantageServer installation / configuration knowledge.
• OFC splicing, termination, and testing experience.
• Experience in government or large infrastructure projects.
• Preferred ProfileITI / Diploma / Technical certification (Electronics / Networking preferred).
• Two-wheeler / four-wheeler license preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and ready for site-based work.
