🔍 Position: Solar Power Plant Data Analyst

📍 Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

👩‍💼 Preference: Female Candidate (Office-based role)

💰 Package: ₹1.80 to ₹2.50 LPA

🧑‍💼 Reports To: Operations & Maintenance Manager

🌟 Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Solar Maintenance Data Monitoring Specialist to manage real-time monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal system performance, quick fault detection, and efficient maintenance coordination.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Monitor solar PV system performance via SCADA and remote monitoring platforms.

Analyze daily data to identify faults or underperformance.

Generate and circulate regular performance reports and alerts.

Coordinate with field technicians for corrective maintenance.

Log all maintenance activities, faults, and resolutions.

Maintain and enhance data dashboards and reporting systems.

Develop SOPs for monitoring and escalation processes.

🎓 Education & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.

0–1 years of experience in solar O&M, data monitoring, or energy analysis preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply — must have strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of MS Excel.

🖥️ Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
