E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations to manage and scale our electronics product portfolio on Amazon, Flipkart. The role involves end-to-end management of online sales operations, listings, promotions, inventory, and performance optimization while ensuring compliance with marketplace standards for electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations

• Manage Seller Central (Amazon), Flipkart Seller Hub, and Supplier Panel
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings for electronics categories (CCTV, accessories, consumer electronics, etc.)
• Ensure accurate product specifications, technical descriptions, images, and compliance documents

Sales & Growth

• Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, deal participation, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor daily sales, conversion rate, and product ranking
• Plan and execute festival sales, flash deals, and special promotions

Inventory & Order Management

• Forecast demand and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery performance

Advertising & Promotions (Manager / Senior Role)

• Plan and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads to improve visibility
• Manage promotional budgets and ROI tracking
• Improve product discoverability through keyword and campaign optimization

Account Health & Compliance

• Maintain marketplace account health metrics
• Handle returns, replacements, and customer escalations
• Ensure compliance with electronics-specific marketplace norms, warranties, GST, and certifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience handling electronics products on Amazon, Flipkart.
• Strong understanding of marketplace policies for electronics manufacturing brands
• Knowledge of pricing, margins, BOM impact, and manufacturing coordination
• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with private label / manufacturer-led e-commerce
• Knowledge of warranty handling, service processes, and RMA management
• Exposure to PAN-India logistics & multi-warehouse setups
