Job Title: Receptionist (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken female Receptionist with good communication skills to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for visitors and clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
• Coordinate with internal departments for appointments and meetings.
• Manage courier, inward and outward documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist HR/Admin with basic documentation and coordination tasks.
• Ensure professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Female candidate preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Experience:0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Working Hours: 9.30-6.30.
