HR Intern

Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
• Support onboarding processes, documentation, and induction programs.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and reports.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
