THIS POSITION IS FOR ALL OVER MARATHWADA REGION.


A Relationship Manager / Sales Executive in the automobile industry drives vehicle sales, manages customer relationships, and achieves monthly targets by guiding buyers through the sales process, conducting test drives, and facilitating financing. Key duties include lead generation, product demonstrations, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and CRM management.

Job Responsibilities: Automobile Relationship Manager/Sales Executive

  • Sales Target Achievement: Proactively drive sales numbers to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly dealership targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and warranties to potential clients, including conducting test drives.
  • Sales Process Execution: Handle end-to-end sales, including negotiating prices, closing sales deals, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Lead Management & Follow-ups: Actively engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and showroom visits.
  • Documentation & Finance: Assist clients with vehicle financing solutions, insurance, and necessary documentation to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
  • After-Sales Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product benefits.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Patience, empathy, and a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for automobiles and knowledge of competitor products.
  • Negotiation: Ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Education/Experience: Generally requires a high school diploma, though a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business is preferred. Prior sales experience, particularly in automobiles, is highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Driving License: Must possess a valid driver’s license for test drives.
