Maruti Suzuki Nexa dealerships and related automobile sector job openings for premium, customer-centric brands, the Rural Area Sales Manager (Rural ASM) for Nexa is responsible for driving sales and brand presence in rural or semi-urban areas. 

Job Description: Rural Area Sales Manager (Nexa)

  • Objective: To expand the NEXA premium brand footprint in rural/sub-urban markets, ensuring superior customer experience and volume sales targets are met.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans for rural areas to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for both new vehicle sales (Nexa models) and accessories.
  • Market Expansion: Identify potential rural markets, rural financiers, and build a strong network of dealer sub-outlets or rural consultants.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage rural relationship managers/consultants to ensure adherence to Nexa’s premium service standards and SOPs.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure that the premium "Nexa Experience" is delivered, even in remote locations.
  • Marketing & Activations: Plan and implement marketing activities, including rural roadshows, local mela participation, and community engagement campaigns.


  • Reporting: Maintain and report daily/weekly sales data through authorized apps to GM Sales & Sales Group Head
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with exposure to rural/semi-urban marketing.
  • Education: Graduate
  • Skills: Strong communication (local language proficiency), leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Mandatory: Two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Common Locations: Often based at city dealerships but covering surrounding areas /districts
  • Compensation: Typically involves a base salary + TA/DA + incentives based on sales volume.
