Job Title: Sales Executive – OTC & FMCG

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives for OTC & FMCG products, responsible for market development, distributor & retailer handling, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets
• Handle distributors, stockists, and retailers
• Plan and execute market visits
• Generate secondary sales
• Ensure product availability and visibility
• Execute promotional activities
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Submit sales and market reports

Qualification & Required Skills

Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and convincing ability
• Knowledge of OTC & FMCG sales practices
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Market understanding and route knowledge
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined
