Job Description

Construction Machinery Sales & Service Executive JD focuses on CONSTRUCTION / ANY OTHER equipment sales and ensuring client satisfaction through prospecting, demos, negotiation, and strong post-sales support, requiring deep product knowledge (heavy machinery, earth-moving) and excellent relationship-building, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, contract closing, and collaborating with technical teams for seamless service delivery. 

Job Title: Construction / OTHER Machinery Sales & Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with construction companies and related entities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations (e.g., JLG machines, crushers, earth-movers), and technical discussions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, aiming to maximize profitability.
  • Customer Relationship & Service:
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a key contact point for clients, coordinating machine delivery, installation, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to resolve product-related issues.
  • Market & Product Expertise:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of machinery specifications, applications, and brands.
  • Reporting & Administration:
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track sales activities using CRM. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven field sales experience, ideally in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Other: Willingness to travel extensively.
